Keirsey Temperament Sorter

 

Personality test based on Keirsey Temperament Theory, which divides people into four “temperaments:” Guardian, Idealist, Rational, and Artisan. This assessment helps you understand how you communicate and interact with others. Time: 25 minutes.

Holland Code Career Test 

 

Career interest test that identifies jobs that might suit your interests, talents, and aptitudes. The test is based on psychologist John Holland’s RIASEC model of career development theory. After answering questions you will discover your 3 letter code which can help you understand what type of careers could good match.  Time: 20 minutes.

Free psychometric test sites

 

The following sites feature a range of free practice tests on: numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, diagrammatic reasoning/spatial awareness and situational judgement. Most basic tests are free but some require payment to access more extensive practice tests or to receive a full report.
