Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP) who helps people develop the career management skills needed to successfully plan and navigate their career.

With 15+ years’ experience, gained working as a professional CV writer and as a career development professional in a variety of settings, I have a track record of delivering individual and group career development support.

I am a client-centred, empathic, and non-judgmental listener who enjoys helping people realise their skills and achievements; exploring their options; making informed, realistic career choices; and planning action to achieve their goals.

My clients to date have worked in or transitioned to a wide range of sectors. Sectors include business and finance, computing and technology; construction and trades; creative and media; emergency and uniformed services; engineering and maintenance; government services; healthcare; hospitality; manufacturing; retail; sports and leisure; teaching and education; and travel and tourism.

As a RCDP, I abide by the Career Development Institute’s code of ethics, and undertake at least (but usually well over) 25 hours of professional training and development each year. I take pride in advancing my skills and knowledge so that I can support my clients to the best of my ability.
