Performance improvement coaching involves identifying and working on areas for improvement that impact on performance. There are various reasons for poor performance ranging from lack of engagement, personal or family problems through to skills deficits.

How long will it take?

Career coaching works best when we work intensively with contact every 1-2 weeks for no longer than 3 months. There may be special circumstances where this can be extended to accommodate work and other commitments for example.

What if I live outside the UK?

CareerWorx has provided career counselling and coaching services to clients all over the world since 2004. We use web-based technologies such as Skype, instant messaging and email, enabling us to work with you no matter where you are in the world. We can also work with you by telephone.
